Description:
Identify and target potential customers in the US market through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other prospecting methods.
Utilize your US sales expertise to engage with leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales pipeline.
Conduct virtual sales presentations/proposals to healthcare professionals, including doctors, clinic administrators, and hospital procurement teams, showcasing the benefits of the Cardinal UVT robot for room disinfection.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key accounts and drive revenue growth within the US market.
Demonstrated success in selling disinfecting technology to hospitals/clinics.
Working experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc., and CRM platforms – HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc will be a huge advantage.
Communicate effectively with high-level executives at hospitals to promote and sell medical devices provided.
Craft compelling narratives that engage clients and effectively convey the value proposition of the company's products.
Maintain near-fluent written and spoken English skills to ensure clear communication.
Keep customer relationship management (CRM) systems updated with accurate and detailed information about leads and interactions.
Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field from a reputable institution.
3 + years of industry experience preferred.
Proven experience in US sales, preferably within the healthcare industry, selling products/equipment to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
Develop tailored proposals and solutions to address the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients in the US market.
Proven experience in virtual sales or business development, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Previous experience as a Sales Representative, ideally with a background as a Xenex representative.
Exceptional writing skills with an ability to convey ideas succinctly and persuasively.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent business development and relationship-building skills.
Flexibility to work part-time initially with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance.
