Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate QA Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. You will work closely with the development and product teams to identify test scenarios, automate repetitive tasks, and contribute to continuous testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to identify test requirements and create effective test plans.
• Perform regression, integration, and functional testing using automation tools.
• Track, document, and manage defects and issues using tools like Jira or similar.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and continuous delivery.
• Provide regular reports on test coverage, results, and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in QA Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or TestNG.
• Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Basic understanding of SQL and database validation.
