Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst who brings strong functional analysis skills along with hands-on project management experience. You will lead requirement discovery, manage cross-functional coordination, and ensure smooth delivery across large enterprise or product-based initiatives.

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
• Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and support sprint planning activities
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow designs
• Support end-to-end project management, including planning, tracking, and cross-functional coordination
• Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and drive timely status reporting
• Oversee UAT planning, test case validation, defect tracking, and release readiness
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, dashboards, and comprehensive project documentation
• Serve as the primary liaison between business, technology, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery

• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on exposure to project management
• Strong functional understanding of business workflows, enterprise systems, and integration processes
• Proven experience managing large modules or end-to-end project tracks
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset and effective problem-solving abilities
• Working knowledge of SQL, data-driven thinking, and experience with reporting/visualization tools is a plus
• sExperience in the healthcare industry is a strong plus.
