Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Learning & Development Specialist with around 2+ years of experience to support the design, coordination, and execution of training and development initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing employee skills, supporting organizational learning goals, and driving a culture of continuous development..

What you’ll do:

  • Identify learning and training needs by collaborating with HR, managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs such as onboarding, functional training, soft skills, leadership development, and compliance programs.
  • Manage end-to-end training logistics including scheduling sessions, coordinating trainers, managing participant communication, and tracking attendance.
  • Assist in developing and updating training materials, presentations, learning guides, and internal documentation.
  • Support the administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS), including content uploads, tracking completion, and generating reports.
  • Collect training feedback, analyze effectiveness, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and internal facilitators to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
  • Maintain accurate training records, dashboards, and periodic reports for leadership and HR review.
  • Support mandatory training programs such as POSH, Code of Conduct, and other compliance-related initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an L&D Executive, L&D Specialist, HR Training Executive, or in a similar learning and development role.
  • Hands-on experience in training coordination, learning operations, onboarding programs, and employee development initiatives.
  • Good understanding of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and learning frameworks.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve structured learning interventions aligned to defined competency frameworks, ensuring measurable impact on educator effectiveness, learner engagement, and classroom outcomes
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, documentation, and reporting.
  • Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in the L&D domain.
