Role Overview:  

We are looking for an experienced AI-Driven Test Automation Engineer with strong hands-on exposure to AI-powered testing approaches. The role focuses on building intelligent, resilient, and scalable test automation frameworks for web, backend, and AI-enabled systems. The ideal candidate should go beyond traditional scripted testing and demonstrate real-world experience in testing non-deterministic AI outputs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-based test automation solutions for web and backend applications.
  • Perform testing with the help of AI, including validation of AI-driven products and individual AI modules.
  • Apply AI/ML techniques to enable intelligent test case generation, self-healing tests, and defect prediction.
  • Automate functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing workflows.
  • Build resilient test designs that validate core functionality and do not fail due to minor UI or label changes.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
  • Analyze test results, identify flaky tests, and continuously improve automation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality and reliable releases.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt modern AI testing tools and frameworks.

 

Top Priority Skills:

  • Strong experience in AI-driven test automation, using AI-powered tools rather than only traditional scripted testing.
  • Hands-on experience designing modern automation frameworks beyond manual test case creation.
  • Experience with LLM-as-a-Judge methodologies to evaluate non-deterministic outputs from AI systems (e.g., conversational or generative AI).
  • Demonstrated real-world implementation of AI testing strategies in live projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience in test automation (ideally 3–4 years overall).
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience using AI/ML for testing (self-healing tests, intelligent test generation, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript (at least one).
  • Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
  • Experience testing web applications, APIs, and backend services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
  • Strong initiative and curiosity, with a self-driven approach to learning new AI testing techniques.

Good to Have:

  • Experience using LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG-based systems) for testing use cases.
  • Knowledge of AI-based test data generation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Exposure to performance or security test automation.
