Job Title: Support Executive
Department: Data Operations / Customer Support
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Data Administrator to join our team and support various administrative, data, and customer service functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in working with users, managing data, and ensuring timely and accurate support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Administrative Support:
o Add new contacts, contractors, and projects to the system.
o Maintain and update user and project records.
o Import data from Excel or PDF files into the system, ensuring proper formatting and accuracy.
o Organize and clean data files as needed before uploading.
· Email & User Support:
o Monitor the support inbox, respond to user inquiries, and troubleshoot issues.
o Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
o Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate responses to users and clients.
· Data Ingestion & Verification:
o Clean and format Excel and PDF files received from clients according to internal data templates.
o Upload data into the system and verify successful ingestion.
o Review and validate uploaded data for accuracy and completeness.
· Product Knowledge & Backend Setup:
o Learn and understand the Factor Lab product to effectively support customers.
o Understand backend setup and data mapping to assist with client onboarding and Ingestion.
· Tools & Collaboration:
o Collaborate using Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools.
o Coordinate with internal teams to support ongoing data and product-related operations.
