And while their ideas may very well be transformative and disruptive, they all eventually face the same challenge: Getting their ideas in front of investors and even more importantly, building their business into something viable. After all, what good is an idea if you don't have the ways and means to realize it?

At Instant Systems, we serve our ventures to help them innovate and accelerate with our methodologies, tools and practices.  We are actively hiring Angular Developers to join us in building our new core application and technology framework inside our ventures. These are critical roles that will work directly with our Principal Architect and/or Director of Engineering in forming the foundation for these products and setting the standards for all our future development. Duties will initially revolve around working directly on the base framework, and defining/building the core modules for the system.

• Mentor engineers to develop new skills and grow professionally. 

Who you are: 

• Holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Having 3-7 years of strong  experience in developing web applications using Angular frameworks.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Solid understanding of TypeScript and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling

• Familiarity with server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js or .NET)

• You are tech-savvy, yet business-oriented. You are thrilled by solving customer’s pain points.

• You are responsible and have good self-management skills. You know to estimate effort, manage your time, and work in a predictive manner with high accountability, end to end.

• You hold an “a get-things-done” approach.

• You possess a can-do attitude. When tackling a problem, you think about how to solve it, before explaining why it’s complicated.

• You have strong communication and teamwork skills. You are able to share knowledge with colleagues and other team members, while open to others’ ideas.

• You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively toward a common goal.

• You are comfortable working in an agile, dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
